It has special features for every part of the process to make sure everyone gets the support they need, when they need it. Whether it’s talking things through over the phone, getting connected to a nearby clinic, having a team come out to see you, or finding a place in a care facility, we make it happen fast.
Designed by national experts in crisis services, the BHL Platform is aligned with SAMHSA’s National Guidelines for Behavioral Health Crisis Care, and 988 service requirements.

Our innovative platform is at the forefront of transforming how call centers handle behavioral crisis situations, ensuring timely and accurate care alignment for those in need. The BHL Platform quickly identifies and matches each individual with the optimal care pathway.

BHL’s bed registry module allows for the visualization of any participating facility’s bed capacity. Using the caller’s crisis location, the Platform suggests the closest facilities with an available bed and admission criteria that match the callers needs. Providers can send and receive referrals electronically, eliminating the need for faxing, making multiple calls, and physician-to-physician dialogue.

When crisis call center staff assess a caller as having routine or urgent needs, staff can place an individual in an appointment slot any time, day or night.
The software allows for multiple outpatient referrals including 24/7 outpatient scheduling, the ability to provide open access hours by facility, or the ability to submit a closed-loop referral that allows the outpatient facility to contact the individual to schedule an appointment.
